an Agreement to purchase the

Cracker Creek Mine
near Sumpter, Oregon

National Gold, Inc. has entered into an agreement whereby Ensol Group (please use your browser's back arrow to return to National Gold's web site) with its proprietary leaching technology will handle all of the mining, milling, and refining operations of National Gold.

Ensol is an environmental remediation company. It's ability to remediate mine dumps, and recover enough additional precious metals to make the operation profitable is why National Gold entered into the agreement.

National Gold's Wildewoode Lumber is a natural fit
to go along with Ensol's environmental program. Wildewoode reduces the waste material going to the landfill, and with our mining expertise
we can even recover already buried material
from the landfills, thereby remediating a problem landfill.

Under the new agreement between National Gold and Ensol, Ensol's Kramer Hills remediation operation will become a joint venture project for the recovery of 50,000 Au, ounces from 500,000 tons of previously (cyanide) leached ore for National Gold.
