These instructions require the following:

| Pan American will merely link to your web site so investors can glean the information they need to make an informed investment decision Pan American does not, nor will it, make any recommendation or statement concerning the value of security shown on its web site Investors are solely responsible for any decision to purchase any shares |
| You are responsible for the content of your web site |
| Pan American makes no guaranty as to the sufficiency, the accuracy, or the content of your web site |
| Send the completed form, along with a Cashier's check for $1,000.00 to pay the listing fee to the address on the form |
| Along with the completed form, you must submit the certificates you are offering for sale. This eliminates the ability for someone to "short" your market by selling shares they don't own in the hopes they can drive the market price down and buy the shares at a lower price |
| Pan American Stock Exchange will close the sale of your shares at the stated price.
Once the shares are sold, then the Trustee will notify you as to the number of shares sold and the price the shares sold for and remit your share of the funds to you |
| Pan American is entitled to receive a finder's fee in the minimum amount of $1,000.00, or TEN PERCENT (10%) of the proceeds from the sale of your shares, whichever is greater. |
